Renovation & interior design of a two bedroom 18th Century barn situated in a stunning Cotswolds stone village in Oxfordshire.
The property has a 'T-shape' floorplan, all on ground-floor level with a South-West facing garden. Creating a fun and contemporary countryside escape perfect for weekend getaways.
Maintaining the properties original features, such as its log burner and exposed curve stone walls, was of great importance whilst completely changing the look and feel of the space as a whole. The Barn's eclectic aesthetic was created through colour-blocking and echoing checkered monochrome patterns throughout the house, this coupled with creating, sourcing and curating the limited edition art prints from independent artists and galleries gives a striking and contemporary look.
